Your Meditation Spa session begins in our peaceful meditation garden with comfortable seating and natural sounds. Your guide leads you through a 30-40 minute meditation — options include mindfulness meditation (present-moment awareness), loving-kindness meditation (compassion cultivation), body scan meditation (progressive relaxation), or visualization meditation (guided imagery).
