What is the minimum commitment?
Gold and Platinum require 3 months minimum. Diamond requires 6 months. After the initial period, memberships continue month-to-month with 30 days cancellation notice.
Can I share my membership?
Memberships are personal but Platinum and Diamond include guest passes. Diamond members can add a partner at 50% reduced rate.
Do unused sessions roll over?
Sessions roll over for up to one month. After 60 days, unused sessions expire. Schedule in advance to maximize benefits.

Yes. Memberships can be paused for up to 2 months per year (for travel or other reasons) or cancelled with 30 days notice. Unused complimentary treatments roll over for 1 month. We offer complete flexibility to fit your lifestyle.
Can I use my membership across all Bali Luxury Spa locations?
Absolutely. Your membership is valid across all 10 of our Bali locations — Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, Kuta, Uluwatu, Denpasar, and Legian — as well as our home spa service.
Are memberships transferable or available as gifts?
Memberships can be purchased as gifts for loved ones and are transferable upon request. Corporate wellness memberships for employee benefit programs are also available. Contact us for corporate pricing and enrollment.
