Welcome to Bali Luxury Spa. By accessing our website at baliluxuryspa.com and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or purchases.
Booking and Appointments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Bookings can be made via WhatsApp (+628113809193), email (sales@balipremiumtrip.com), or through our website booking page. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from our team. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though same-day bookings may be accommodated based on availability. For home service bookings, please provide accurate address and access information to ensure timely arrival of our therapists.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 6 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full treatment price. For group bookings (4+ people) and bridal packages, we require 48 hours advance notice for cancellation. Rescheduling is free with at least 4 hours notice and subject to availability.
Payment Terms
We accept payment via cash (IDR, USD, AUD, EUR, GBP), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), bank transfer, and major digital wallets. Prices listed on our website are in USD and inclusive of all applicable taxes. For home service bookings, payment is collected at the time of service. Group and bridal packages may require a 30% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due on the day of service.
Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancies before treatment. Our therapists will conduct a brief health consultation prior to each session. We reserve the right to modify or decline treatments if we believe proceeding would pose a health risk. Certain treatments including deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, and some facial treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions. Please consult your physician if you have concerns about treatment suitability.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable but fully transferable. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced without proof of purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance after partial redemption can be applied to future bookings within the validity period.
Membership Terms
Membership subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of enrollment. Minimum commitment periods apply as specified in the membership tier details. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Unused complimentary sessions roll over for one month only. Membership benefits are non-transferable except where explicitly stated in tier benefits.
Intellectual Property
All content on baliluxuryspa.com including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements are the property of Bali Luxury Spa and Juara Holding Group. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Bali Luxury Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during treatments.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Denpasar, Bali.

Service Quality Guarantee
Bali Luxury Spa is committed to delivering the highest quality spa experience on every visit. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please inform our management team before leaving the premises. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern, including offering a complimentary treatment, adjustment, or appropriate refund at our discretion.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full treatment price. For group bookings of 3 or more guests, 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise; please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate changes where possible.
Health & Safety
The wellbeing of our guests and therapists is our highest priority. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment begins. Certain treatments are contraindicated for guests with specific health conditions — our team will always conduct a pre-treatment consultation to ensure your safety. We reserve the right to decline or modify treatments where we believe there is a health risk to the guest or therapist.
Home Service Terms
For home service spa appointments, we require access to an appropriate space (minimum 3m x 2m) with adequate ventilation and hygiene standards. A home service surcharge of approximately 30% is applied to all treatment prices to cover transportation, setup time, and premium equipment. Home service bookings require a minimum of 4 hours’ advance notice and are available between 09:00 and 20:00 WIB. We do not provide home services at addresses that cannot be verified or where access presents safety concerns.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They may be used for any treatment or service of equivalent or lesser value, with the option to pay the difference for higher-value treatments. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced unless the original purchase receipt is provided. Vouchers may be transferred to another person but may not be sold for commercial purposes.

All content on this website, including text, images, treatment descriptions, logos, and design elements, is the property of Bali Luxury Spa / Juara Holding Group and is protected by copyright law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Juara Holding Group.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from your use of our services or website will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts. We encourage all guests to resolve any concerns through direct communication with our management team before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
