Booking your luxury spa treatment at Bali Luxury Spa is designed to be effortless. Our streamlined reservation system ensures your appointment is confirmed within minutes, so you can relax knowing your wellness journey is secured before you even arrive in Bali.
Step-by-Step Booking Guide
- Choose Your Treatment — Browse our full menu of massage, facial, body treatment, wellness, and specialty services. Each treatment page includes full descriptions, duration, and pricing.
- Select Your Location — We have spa locations in Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, Kuta, Uluwatu, Denpasar, and Legian. Or choose home service for in-villa treatment.
- Pick Your Date & Time — Use the booking form or WhatsApp to select your preferred date and time slot. We are open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Confirm Your Appointment — You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email within 30 minutes of your booking request.
Booking Policies
We kindly request that guests arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled treatment time to complete a brief wellness consultation form and prepare for their session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For special occasions such as honeymoon packages, anniversary treatments, or birthday celebrations, please inform us at the time of booking so we can prepare rose petals, champagne, or personalized room setups at no additional charge.
Group & Corporate Bookings
We specialize in group spa experiences for bachelorette parties, wedding groups, corporate wellness events, and hotel concierge partnerships. For groups of 4 or more, we offer dedicated treatment rooms, synchronized scheduling, and group pricing packages. Contact our events team for customized group packages.
Booking FAQs
Can I book a same-day spa appointment in Bali?
Yes, same-day bookings are accepted subject to therapist availability. Contact us via WhatsApp for the fastest same-day booking confirmation. We recommend calling at least 2–3 hours in advance for same-day appointments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (IDR and major currencies), credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and various e-wallet payments. For online bookings, payment can be arranged upon confirmation. Full payment or deposit may be required for group bookings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 24+ hours before your appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged the full treatment amount. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

What to Expect After Booking
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a WhatsApp confirmation with your appointment details, location address, and directions. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to complete a brief wellness consultation form and settle into the spa environment. This pre-treatment consultation helps your therapist personalise every aspect of your experience — pressure preferences, focus areas, product sensitivities, and wellness goals.
Preparing for Your Treatment
For massage treatments: avoid heavy meals for 1–2 hours beforehand; stay hydrated; wear comfortable, loose clothing that you don’t mind being temporarily disrobed from. For facial treatments: arrive with a clean, make-up free face if possible; avoid strong retinol or AHA products for 48 hours before. For body treatments like lulur or scrubs: avoid shaving the treatment area 24 hours beforehand. Our team will provide full pre-care guidance specific to your chosen treatment upon confirmation.
Aftercare for Lasting Results
The benefits of your treatment extend beyond the spa. Drink at least 2 litres of water in the hours following your treatment to help flush toxins. Avoid heavy exercise for 4–6 hours after massage. Apply SPF 50 following any facial treatment. Allow the natural oils and products from your treatment to continue working — avoid showering for 2–4 hours post-treatment when possible. Our therapists will provide personalised aftercare guidance at the end of your session.
