Yes, our couples spa packages are among our most popular offerings. We have dedicated couples treatment rooms, synchronized massage experiences, and romantic add-ons like flower baths, rose petal setups, and sparkling wine. Perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries, and special occasions.

Absolutely. You can specify your therapist gender preference at the time of booking. We have both female and male therapists on our team, and we always do our best to accommodate your preference, subject to availability.

You can book online via our website booking form, send us a WhatsApp message, or call directly. Online bookings are confirmed within 30 minutes. We recommend booking 24 hours in advance, or 3-5 days for weekends and group appointments.

For individual bookings, no deposit is required. For group bookings of 4 or more guests, or packages over IDR 2,000,000, a 50% deposit may be requested to secure your reservation. Full payment is made upon completion of your treatment.

Our mobile spa team covers all major Bali areas: Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, Kuta, Uluwatu, Denpasar, Legian, and surrounding areas. Remote areas like Amed, Lovina, or Candidasa may incur an additional travel surcharge.

Simply prepare a clean, flat surface area (massage table is brought by our therapists), fresh towels, and ensure the room is at a comfortable temperature. Our therapists bring all necessary equipment, products, and oils. A dedicated space of approximately 3m x 2m is sufficient for a full treatment setup.

We use certified organic, natural products in all our treatments. Before each session, your therapist will complete a brief health consultation to identify any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions. We can substitute or omit any product ingredient upon request. Please inform us of any known allergies at booking time.

We offer specialized prenatal massage for guests in their second and third trimesters (after 12 weeks). Our prenatal-certified therapists use safe positioning, approved pressure techniques, and pregnancy-safe oils. We do not offer massage services during the first trimester as a precaution. Please consult your doctor before booking if you have any pregnancy complications.
