The Experience
Your chakra healing session begins with a seated consultation where your healer assesses your current energy state through intuitive reading and questioning. Lying on a comfortable mat, seven healing crystals corresponding to each chakra are placed on your body: red jasper (root), carnelian (sacral), citrine (solar plexus), rose quartz (heart), blue lapis (throat), amethyst (third eye), and clear quartz (crown). Your healer channels Reiki energy through their hands, spending extra time on blocked areas. Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks may be used to break up stubborn energy blockages. The session includes guided visualization and breathwork to help you connect with and balance each energy center.
