Your Yoga Spa journey begins with 45-60 minutes of private yoga instruction in our tranquil garden setting or indoor studio. Your instructor designs the session around your experience level and wellness goals — energizing vinyasa flow for morning vitality, gentle yin yoga for deep stretching, or restorative poses for total relaxation. After yoga, you transition seamlessly into your chosen spa treatment (Balinese massage, deep tissue, or aromatherapy recommended).
